The result is a plaster piece with a fixed profile. Leveraging on the range of a six-axis robot, the goal of the project was to expand the limits of this traditional tool. This workflow aimed to create a polymorphic tool with three blade-profiles activated by the rotation around the central pivot point. This allowed the plaster piece to have a customizable and alternating profile. I decided it was a vibrant way of producing almost assembly-line identical helmets that could be then glazed with different colors, textures and patterns.
